City of Toronto to host Small Business Forum focusing on future-proofing businesses through innovation and sustainability

Tomorrow, the City of Toronto will host its Small Business Forum at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre to support entrepreneurs in building and growing their local small businesses. The event’s theme is “Future-Proofing Businesses through Innovation & Sustainability”. More information about the Small Business Forum is available on the City’s website.

Time: 8:30 a.m. to  4 p.m.
Location: Metro Toronto Convention Centre, South Building, 222 Bremner Blvd.

Mayor Olivia Chow will kick off the Forum and will be joined by Deputy Mayor Jennifer McKelvie (Scarborough-Rouge Park); Councillor Shelley Carroll (Don Valley North); Councillor Paula Fletcher (Toronto Danforth); the Honourable Rechie Valdez, Minister of Small Business for Canada and MPP and the Honourable Nina Tangri, Associate Minister of Small Business for Ontario, from 9 a.m. to 9:40 a.m.
