The Provincial Government is taking what doesn't belong to them - sidestepping democracy, ignoring Torontonians, and uprooting an entire community.

With zero transparency from the province and no word on the Federal government's position, the province has moved to unilaterally seize City land at Bathurst and Queen’s Quay and on the Island, with plans to pave Little Norway Park.

It’s our park, and it's our waterfront. Torontonians deserve to have a say in the future of our land.

We cannot let the Province get away with yet another blatant power grab.
