City of Toronto to provide overview of proposed incentives for purpose-built rental housing

Later today, Mayor Olivia Chow and Councillor Gord Perks (Parkdale-High Park), Chair of the Planning and Housing Committee, will join City of Toronto staff to provide an update on staff recommendations for proposed incentives to expand purpose-built rental housing in Toronto including a New Multi-Residential Property Tax Subclass. This report will be considered by the Executive Committee on Tuesday, November 5 and by Toronto City Council in November.
